Designs and manufacturing of tools for Cold Drawn Special Steel Profiles are made in their own plant. Moreover, all tests belonging to the production of profiles are done in their own laboratories.
Production Range
Main Steel Types: Structural steels, QT steels, Free-cutting steels, Case hardening steels, Ball and roller bearing steels, Stainless steels, Tool steels, Heat resistant steels
Lenght: As customers requirements upto 9 meters and can be cutted in customer lenghts. General lenght is between 3000-4000mm.
Cross Section Area: 20mm² – 4000mm² and maximum dimension is around 75mm.
Straightness: 2mm/meter as standart. By considering requirement of the customer and the geometry of the profile, can be made more precise
General Roughness: Ra<3,2 (better roughness if required)
General Tolerances: DIN ISO 2768-mL or customer request
Packing: With oil & VCI papers to prevent corrosion is wooden cases (max 1000kgs)
