Aerogel is the best insulation material known in the world. It was first used by NASA in space technologies. The raw material used in its production is silica. Silica Aerogel produced with Sol-Gel Technique is also the lightest solid matter known.
Aerogel is comprised of 95-98% air. Because of its porous molecule structure, heat transfer between cells is at its minimum. Its heat conductivity factor is 0,016 W/m.K. In our R&D Lab, we produce other products such as Polymer Aerogel, Metal Oxide Aerogel, Carbon Aerogel, and Cellulose Aerogel.
Aerogel Felt & Blanket
Levron Aerogel felt is manufactured with Levron Aerogel and pinned glasswool. Silica based super hydrophobic Levron Aerogel Felt is able to work within a heat range of -200 °C and +650 °C (one floor) and produces superior performance compared to conventional insultation materials.
Levron Aerogel felt can also be produced with ceramic wool for special requirements. If ceramic wool is used, the temperature resistance of Levron Aerogel Felt is up to 1300 degrees.
Levron Aerogel Felt demonstrates superior performance attributes to conventional insulation materials with its synthetic, porous, and light structure. It allows for attaining higher heat insulation levels with lower thickness. Complete resistance to humidity and water allows for stable performance throughout its lifetime. Based on its composition, 20 or more years of lifetime is easily predicted.

Aerogel Granule

Levron Aerogel Granules and Powder with synthetic, porous and lightweight structure shows more exceptional performance than conventional insulation materials. At lower thicknesses, it is possible to reach higher thermal insulation levels. In addition, it is stable in contact with water or fully resistant to moisture, making the same performance stable during its lifetime.
Levron Aerogel Granules and Powder’s unique properties; extremely low thermal conductivity, superior flexibility, compression resistance, hydrophobicity
