The 3 ADM transforms complex operations into efficient processes in the metal fabrication industry. The 3 ADM features a high level of multitasking capability with powerful 22 kW spindle motors, 500 mm sub-axis, and three drill spindles, each with a 6-station tool changer, enhancing production efficiency by at least 50%.
Our CNC Fiber Laser cutting machine, with its 2.500 x 6.000 mm processing capacity, provides cutting up to 20 mm thickness in steel plates, galvanized, stainless, and aluminum sheets, as well as 200 x 200 mm hollow sections and 219 mm diameter pipes.
Our CNC plasma cutting machines have 3.000 x 13.000 mm and 3.800 x 13.500 mm processing capacity and can perform CNC plasma cutting up to 30 mm plate thickness and CNC oxygen cutting up to 120 mm plate thickness.
In our advanced roll forming line, we can produce U, CEE, CEE+, ZEE, SIGMA, and SIGMA+, with dimensions of up to 4 mm thickness, 100 mm flange height, and 300 mm base width, and a maximum length of 20.000 mm. Additionally, this high-tech roll form line has 2 axes CNC punches.
Our tunnel-type automatic sand blasting machine, featuring 16 turbines and holds the largest capacity in Ankara with 3.000 x 1.500 mm cabin sizes. The process adheres strictly to international quality standards, achieving an SA-2 quality level.
The raw materials processed in the sandblasting machine undergo an application of shopprimer coating of suitable quality for steel fabrication on the automatic painting line located on the same process line.
The final products, after undergoing sandblasting, are subjected to primer and topcoat painting applications by our expert team in accordance with international coating quality standards. The packaging process is also carried out.
